Family trip, solid option
The staff were helpful. The lady at the bar, Agnes, really were really nice too make sure my meal was allergen-free and gave us great tips for local eateries.
It was a bit pricey but still manageable.

Brilliant location in a lovely area near Westfield shopping centre that has a great range of shops and Very close to the Underground. Marvellous & tidy room, with 2 large windows, coffee and free Wi-Fi.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, near Westfield shopping centre, convenient to go everywhere. I had coffee at zarathustra cafe, located within 15 minutes walk.
Tbh, this hotel needs updating.

Very clean and spacious room with large bed. Very tasty and extensive breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. And close to the metro and the Westfield shopping center with many restaurants.

Breakfast was fine, we didn't have to wait and there was plenty to offer. The room was small, but clean. Excellent beds and a good TV. Shower in bath with a (clean) shower curtain. Cases can be stored. Metro nearby (next to a chic shopping mall) and bus in front of the door.
You have wifi in the room, but very slow. Bring your own custom socket with you.

A good hotel in a very good location. Hotel is not a new building, on the outside it even looks a bit outdated but on the inside it is quite modern. Rooms were fine, only bathroom I personally found somewhat dated with shower curtains and light wood rot at the door. breakfast was very extensive and of good quality. Only a pity that there was a sign that the "famous Nutella muffins" were available but when I asked it turned out not to be the case, the hotel is located next to one of the largest shopping malls in London and next to a metro and bus station. Excellent location
